Digital Yarn Control Time Settings :
The Tecatron Piezo-Electric Weft Stop Motion System detects every Yarn Break
or Stop over a programmable length, this to control the Yarn motion over the total
weft time. A digital extra time can be set after the end signal by the proximity
switch, to adjust the total control time.
Switch single-double
: each of the 8 eyelets can be switched into the single or double
control position.
- Single: detect every unwanted extra yarn movement
into other eyelets from the selected Single eyelet group , for instance if extra
yarns are inserted by mistake. - Double : By
switching eyelets into the double position, this eyelet group controls that always
2 eyelets are activated during the weaving cycle. If only 1 or more than 2 eyelets
are activated, the machine will be stopped automatically.

- The HS9-X
/X2 Rod Detector detects the movements of plastic-, paper-, textile,- or metal
tapes, foils, bands or strips into each material, to rapidly stop the machine.
- The detector
sensitivities are at the highest level.
- Depending
on the band or tape specification, speeds lower than 0.05m/min. are detectable.
- The detector
system uses the same technology as the HS9 detector, but is equipped with a piëzo-electric
friction sensitive metal rod.
- The rod
is standard made in a hollow or massive Stainless
Steel Material, with a
diameter of 15 mm .
- A special
surface wear protection of the rod, such as a DLC-diamant coating or other hard
coatings are available on demand.
- Cooling : Possibility to let pass cooling liquids
through the center of the rod, mainly , if very high tape or band speeds are increasing
the temperature of the Metal Rod above 80°C. ( 1/8" BSP Din 2999 INLET and OUTLET
Rod cooling connection )
- The metal
rod is earthed to discharge any electrostatic voltage, as a result
of the possible high speed frictions of the used materials against this detection
rod
- The rod
length is made in accordance with the application need.

MODEL HS9-X2 : - Depending
on the rod length and loads used, and depending on the sensitivity, a double or
single Detection Element is installed. - The
Detector configuration must be placed on the machine with additional shock absorbers
and mounted at the height of the horizontal aluminum connecting bar between the
two detector elements. - The holes
for the mounting of the included shock absorbers are custom made, depending on
the specifications of the customer. - The aluminum
connecting bar can be removed or changed, and fixed with the screws M4 DIN 912
placed at a distance of 23mm on both sides |

for every Textile Weaving Machine. The sensitivity of the detector can be easily
set on the detector itself. This detector will use the same technology as of
the HS9 detector, but with less sensitivity in relation with the high speed level
of the weft thread movements of textile machines. |
